Quality construction starts with quality oversight. Clark Dietz provided construction phase field observation services for the rehabilitation of the Park Avenue Bridge and First Street Bridge, supporting the successful delivery of these important infrastructure improvements.

The project included steel girder painting for both the Park Avenue Bridge at Robert Palmer Drive and the First Street Bridge to help protect the structures from corrosion and extend their service life. The Park Avenue Bridge also underwent a bridge deck replacement, enhancing its long-term performance and reliability.

Throughout construction, Clark Dietz provided comprehensive field observation services, including preconstruction meeting coordination, material submittal reviews, full-time inspection, material testing, contractor pay estimate processing, and project closeout documentation.

By providing consistent construction oversight, our team helped ensure the work met project specifications, maintained high-quality standards, and resulted in the successful completion of both bridge rehabilitation projects.
