EVANSVILLE, IN, October 22, 2019 – Heath Titzer, PE, PLS has joined Clark Dietz as Survey and Right of Way Engineering Team Leader based out of our Evansville office. Mr. Titzer is a registered engineer and land surveyor. Heath will be responsible for managing our Indiana survey crews and right of way engineering services. He has past experience with a wide range of surveys including topographic, boundary, construction staking/layout, and solving boundaries. Heath has also been trained in laser scanning known as High Definition Surveying (HDS). In addition, he has project experience and will serve as a project manager for water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer design and construction inspection projects. We are pleased to welcome him to the team.
