Heath Titzer has been responsible for both working on and managing several types of projects in the water services industry. Having experience from sanitary/stormwater master plans to construction observation, Heath has experience in all aspects of the water services industry from conception to construction. He supervises survey crews and has completed many different types of surveys including topographic, boundary, construction staking/layout etc., as well as solving boundary conflicts. He is also trained in laser scanning, HDS (High Definition Surveying).
Heath’s experience includes:
- Stormwater master planning – 2007 Evansville Stormwater Master Plan Update
- Feasibility Studies for water, wastewater, storm water projects
- Sanitary/Water/Storm Water Master Plans – Master plans for anticipated future growth for several municipalities across IN
- Waterline design for various water distribution projects
