Each year, the Clark Dietz Board of Directors selects a winner of the President’s Award amongst all nominated staff.
The Clark Dietz President’s Award recognizes and honors a staff member who has gone above and beyond in demonstrating leadership, creativity, high performance, and our company values to our staff, clients, and profession. This year we honor Keary Roberts, the 18th winner of the President’s Award. Keary is also celebrating 15 years of service to Clark Dietz.

Keary Roberts embodies the spirit of the President’s Award through her unwavering dedication, leadership, and commitment to excellence. Since joining Clark Dietz as an intern in 2009, she has grown into a respected leader, serving as Team Leader for the Illinois Central Construction group while maintaining a strong focus on precision, flexibility, and mentorship. Keary’s expertise in construction, her passion for community service, and her ability to navigate complex challenges, both on the job and in leadership roles outside of work, make her an invaluable asset to our team. A past recipient of the ASCE Young Engineer of the Year award, Keary continues to exemplify the values that define Clark Dietz. We are proud to recognize her contributions and continued success at Clark Dietz.
