Keary Roberts is a transportation engineer experienced in planning, design and construction phase services. She is the Construction Engineering Team Leader for our central Illinois group. Keary’s design experience includes improvements for intersection and pedestrian safety, drainage, traffic signal and roadway lighting, and streetscape enhancements. Her construction phase experience is with projects of varied size and scale, from urban roadways to interstate highway and bridges, where she performs construction inspection and documentation of contract quantities.
