We are excited to announce the promotion of Kaleb Trueblood to Team Leader for Southern Indiana Construction. Kaleb joined Clark Dietz in 2024, bringing with him 16 years of experience from the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) and a large international consulting firm. Since joining our team, Kaleb has been instrumental in expanding the construction services we provide in Southern Indiana. We look forward to continued growth under his leadership.
Kaleb’s career spans nearly every type of transportation project, from preventative maintenance and pavement overlays to bridge construction, rehabilitation, and added travel lane assignments. His experience in construction inspection and project oversight ensures successful project delivery at every stage.
Complex, high-profile projects demand strong leadership, and Kaleb thrives in these challenging environments. He has managed two major projects along the I-65 corridor in Southern Indiana, demonstrating his ability to navigate the intricacies of large-scale infrastructure work, including stakeholder coordination and meticulous project execution. His proactive approach fosters open and accurate communication, enabling efficient progress and swift resolution of challenges.
Currently, Kaleb provides construction inspection and project management services across central and southern Indiana, ensuring the seamless execution of critical transportation initiatives. His reputation for transparency and effective problem-solving makes him a trusted leader in the industry.
