FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Lexington, KY — Clark Dietz, Inc., a leading employee-owned consulting engineering firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Steve Caudill, PE, as Civil Team Leader in the Lexington office. With over 30 years of civil engineering experience across Kentucky and Ohio, Steve brings a practical, client-focused approach to water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure planning and design, strengthening Clark Dietz’s growing presence in the Commonwealth.

Steve is a licensed Professional Engineer with extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams and public infrastructure projects. As Vice President at Bell Engineering in Lexington, he led a group of more than two dozen engineers and project managers, overseeing the design and delivery of major water and wastewater system improvements across the state. His project portfolio includes more than a million linear feet of new waterline installations, major pump station designs, water treatment plant rehabilitations, and flood mitigation efforts for municipalities and universities.

“Steve’s leadership, technical expertise, and deep understanding of Kentucky’s infrastructure needs will be transformational for our team,” said Jonathan Rehner, PE, Kentucky Area Manager. “His ability to connect with clients, develop projects from concept to completion, and mentor future engineering leaders perfectly complements our mission. We’re building trust within our communities through our commitment to engineering smart and practical solutions. This strategic hire represents an important investment not only in our firm but in the future of Kentucky’s communities.”

Steve will work closely with Rehner and Client Advisor Sherry Mulkins, who leads relationship development across the region, continuing to strengthen the firm’s partnerships with municipalities, utilities, and agencies statewide.

“I joined Clark Dietz because of its powerful reputation for innovation, collaborative culture, and commitment to solving real-world engineering problems,” said Steve Caudill, PE. “As part of Clark Dietz, I can contribute directly to projects that impact the communities we live in, while collaborating with a team that values innovation and long-term relationships.”
