At Clark Dietz, we believe that the best engineering solutions come from people who understand both the technical and civic sides of infrastructure. That’s why we’re proud to share that Bri Roll, Client Advisor, has joined the Indiana Leadership Forum (ILF) Class of 2026, a program designed to cultivate leaders who understand how policy, governance, and community priorities intersect.

The ILF brings together professionals from across Indiana for an intensive, nine-month learning experience that covers topics like state policy, government finance, and public engagement. For Bri, the opportunity is more than professional development; it’s a chance to deepen her understanding of how public decisions and legislative frameworks shape the projects our clients take on every day.

As a client advisor, Bri works closely with communities to plan and deliver projects that improve quality of life. Her participation in the ILF program will enhance her ability to help local leaders navigate funding opportunities, align project goals with policy objectives, and move ideas from vision to reality.

“This program will help me see how the decisions made at the state and federal levels directly influence the success of local infrastructure projects,” Bri shared. “That perspective is critical to being an effective partner to our clients.”

Clark Dietz President and CEO Wes Christmas, MBA, PE, ENV SP, added that Bri’s experience will directly benefit clients across Indiana: “The knowledge she gains will help her bring even greater insight to the communities we serve.”

Bri continues to help build a team that not only understands engineering excellence but also the systems that make great projects possible. Her involvement with the Indiana Leadership Forum strengthens our firm’s ability to serve as a trusted advisor to Indiana communities: helping them dream, develop, design, and deliver resilient, future-ready infrastructure.
