Mr. Widener manages our Champaign office and serves as technical leader of transportation-related design. Time spent working in the field early in his career provided the basis for his strengths in project development from inception to completion. As a registered professional engineer and certified traffic operations engineer, Sean has expanded upon his knowledge of municipal engineering through his extensive record of public service. Mr. Widener has served his community as a planning and zoning commissioner and currently serves as Village President. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Clark Dietz and the Illinois Municipal League Risk Management Association.
