Christopher (CJ) serves as Civil/Environmental Team Leader for Southern Wisconsin. CJ received his Bachelor of Science in Civil engineering from The University of Wisconsin, Platteville and has over a decade of experience. He holds professional licensure in both Wisconsin and Illinois. CJ is a civil engineer with design and construction inspection experience in municipal engineering, solar, surface transportation, and wet utility projects. CJ’s expertise includes erosion control enforcement, site development, sanitary/storm sewer, water main, and roadway design.
