“The Schroeder Hall Rehabilitation project was undertaken primarily as a vehicle to improve the mechanical and electrical infrastructure of Schroeder Hall, one of the older, yet heavily used classroom and office buildings on the Illinois State University campus. Since the building remained partially occupied during both phases of work, the University also endured less disruption to those who remained in the building, having construction activity occur for less than 12 months as opposed to 18 months. The project exceeded the expectations of the University in both design and construction. Schroeder Hall is a shining example of how well a construction project can be executed.”
