Tonia Westphal, PE, LEED AP
Northern Wisconsin Area Manager
Tonia Westphal is a shareholder and the Area Manager of Northern Wisconsin for Clark Dietz. She has been in the engineering industry for over 20 years. Her experience incorporates management for planning, design, and construction for roadways, water distribution, sanitary and storm sewer, storm water management, wastewater, potable water, and site development, throughout the Midwest. She also served as the “on-call” engineer for the City of Merrill for several years.
As a resident of North Central Wisconsin, Tonia is a vested stakeholder in the success of the region and believes actions speak louder than words. She invests her time actively working with the communities she serves.
Outside of work, Tonia is a member of the Wausau Region Chamber Business Advocacy Committee and the APWA Wisconsin Chapter Awards Committee. For 6 years prior she served on the Board of Directors for the Merrill Area Chamber of Commerce, including Board Chair. Currently she serves on the Board of Directors for the Rotary Club of Wausau.
