Mr. Jones is a project manager responsible for the preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates for transportation projects. His experience includes intersection design studies, traffic forecasting, capacity analysis, Phase I studies, geometric design, traffic signal design, complete streets design, and maintenance of traffic plans. Julian also performs quality control reviews of intersection design studies and Phase II documents.
