As a senior level design engineer, Diane is responsible for taking her projects from kickoff through construction completion. She is extremely adept at designing and managing treatment plant upgrades, drinking water booster stations, water storage tanks, needs assessment/impact fee studies, water system models, and facilities plans. Diane stays involved throughout project construction to ensure a quality project delivery start to finish.
Ms. Thoune has also developed strong working relationships with municipalities throughout Wisconsin and Illinois. She takes a thorough approach to understanding client needs and developing solutions that minimize community and environmental impacts. As such, she has been entrusted with the design of a wide range of projects including studies, evaluation, and planning for municipalities such as Wausau, Kronenwetter, and Kenosha.
Outside of work Diane enjoys camping and hiking with family and friends.
