Andis Berzins, PE is the Team Leader for Construction in Central Indiana, based in our Indianapolis office. He brings more than 16 years of experience managing complex heavy-civil construction projects across the Chicago and Indianapolis regions, partnering with both public agencies and private clients to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.
Andis’s experience includes overseeing major bridge and roadway projects, storm sewer and potable water systems, tunnel boring operations, pumping stations, ADA compliance programs, and private development work. A graduate of Michigan State University, he is known for his collaborative approach and ability to guide diverse project teams through technically challenging construction efforts. Outside of work, Andis enjoys life in Indiana with his family.
