Transportation Team Leader, Central Illinois
Adam Groves serves as our Central Illinois Transportation Team Leader. He is experienced with planning and design of roadway systems and managing construction crews. He has worked closely with the Illinois Department of Transportation and local governments to ensure smooth project development and completion. Adam’s experience includes roadway repairs, replacements and new alignments, bridge and building structures, water mains, utility relocation, construction observation, topographic surveying, intersection design studies, permitting, and traffic signals.
