Mike Miller brings over two decades of professional experience in civil engineering, specializing in the design, coordination, and implementation of roadway and utility projects. Throughout his career, Mike has been responsible for preparing detailed plans and specifications, coordinating with agencies, estimating project costs, and managing construction schedules. His extensive expertise also includes public involvement and facilitating smooth project execution from inception to completion.

Mike has a strong background in utility coordination, including watermain, sanitary sewer, and gas main design. His proficiency with MicroStation, Geopak, and stormwater modeling software such as TR-20, TR-55, and HEC-RAS ensures that his projects are both technically sound and environmentally compliant. Supported by a talented team of engineers, Mike continues to lead and deliver high-quality engineering solutions across a range of civil infrastructure projects.
