EXPERTISE: Wastewater, Stormwater
Matt has served as a Project Manager for a wide variety of projects for public and private infrastructure improvements, including roadway reconstruction, water and sewer extensions and stormwater control in Southern Indiana and Kentucky. His experience includes the design of new water, sewer and stormwater facilities, water main replacements, sewage pump station and force main rehabilitations and replacements, water and sewer relocations for various roadway and development projects, combination sewer separations, stormwater detention, and drainage correction projects. Matt is also experienced with inventory and asset management plans for various municipal infrastructure systems.
Prior to his most recent employment in the private consulting business, he was employed by the Vincennes District of INDOT, where he gained valuable information regarding the INDOT project management system, project delivery system and developed working relationships with staff. He also has experience in working with various public funding sources such as INDOT HESP, SRTS & TE programs, OCRA Disaster Relief Funding and Indiana State Revolving Fund.
Matt has been part of the design team on over 140 private land development projects, and was the lead designer and certified plans on approximately 75% of those projects. These projects were located in more than a dozen counties in Indiana and Kentucky. He has developed scope,schedule and fee for projects, as well as managed staff utilization.
