Mr. Sianis is a municipal engineer responsible for planning, design, and construction inspection on a variety of municipal projects involving street/parking lot improvements, Americans with Disabilities Act compliance, water main replacement, stormwater drainage, sanitary sewers, lift stations, and treatment plants. Mr. Sianis brings experience in providing environmental documentation on projects that present environmental issues. He is adept in permit application and property acquisition coordination which can slow or stop a project if not managed properly. In addition to project management and design capabilities, Mr. Sianis is a very adept grant writer/client liaison obtaining over $3 million in funding for his current clients through grants and agency/program funding opportunities over the past 5 years. He has provided project administration, design, and construction observation of projects with a wide range of funding types including:

  • IEPA SRF (State Revolving Fund) loans
  • MFT (Motor Fuel Tax)
  • CDBG (Community Development Block Grant)
  • RTA (Regional Transportation Authority)
  • CMAQ (Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality)

Focused on his client’s objectives, Mr. Sianis will facilitate the planning and development of the project. Taking ownership of your project from start to finish, he will guide his team to ensure planning, financial, communication, and timeline objectives are achieved. You will be kept informed every step of the way through regular project updates, informative public meetings, and a responsive team.
