Ms. Damin has experience in marketing and community involvement with planning, architecture, and engineering projects. As Client Liaison, she is a secondary point-of-contact for any client development discussions pertaining to the project. Familiar with the issues common to clients, Tara works directly with clients to understand and meet their expectations. As a Perry County Commissioner-at-Large, her community involvement includes serving as Vice Chair and Executive Board Member to the Indiana 15 Regional Planning Commission. She assists in approving contracts and grant awards, reviews the monthly financial reports, discusses program activities, and recommends policy revisions and operating budgets to the full board. As a part of the Commission, she is also a committee member for the Community Economic Development Strategy board (CEDS) and the Stronger Economies Together (SET).

Tara has over 20 years of experience in proposal and project development that include civil, environmental, utility, and construction engineering as well as survey, and grant assistance for a variety of public and private projects. She works with communities to address their needs in economic growth, water and transportation infrastructure and help identify Federal, State and local-agency funding resources for those projects. Additionally, she has assisted communities and non-profits with grant-writing assistance, strategic planning, transportation planning, and ADA Transition Plan compliance for communities, airport authorities and economic development organizations. She serves on many boards and committees including Vice Chair for the Spencer County Regional Chamber of Commerce, Board President for the Tell City Regional Arts Association, board member for the Lincolnland Economic Development Corporation (LEDC) in Spencer County, Perry County Economic Development Corp (PCDC) – Marketing, committee member for Community Development in Spencer County, and a former board member for the Perry County Port Authority. Tara has also served on the Educational/Programs for the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) – Dallas Chapter. Her diverse background and experience in the public and private sectors have enabled her to better identify and focus on her client’s needs.
