Patrick Delp has design and project management experience in bridge and roadway projects. He is well versed in all steps of INDOT’s project delivery process, and the required submittals at each step. In addition to Patrick’s design and project management experience, he has received training and been certified by INDOT for environmental, right of way, and utility tasks. His thorough understanding of each step in the INDOT process makes Patrick an outstanding project manager who delivers projects on time and under budget.
