EXPERTISE: Power & Energy, Mechanical

Mr. Guth is a highly motivated mechanical engineer with 25 years of experience in engineering and project management in both the design/build HVAC industry and MEP engineering field. He has proven success in HVAC engineering, project management, building efficiencies, business planning, forecasting, and life cycle budgeting. Mike has system design and management experience with hydronic systems (chilled water, hot water, plumbing), steam systems, air systems (air handling, industrial ventilation, humidification/dehumidification), refrigerant systems, plumbing, architectural, and LED lighting upgrades. Mike has designed systems for new construction but mainly in existing buildings including offices, schools, data centers, banks, museums, factories, sports facilities, hospitals/clinics, casinos, and utilities. His ultimate goal is always to optimize the efficiency and quality of each project’s solution.

Through his extensive experience working with clients/owners, Mike understands the priority of reliable, energy efficient, sustainable, and low intrusion solutions. Leveraging his knowledge and experience with large mechanical, electrical, and lighting systems, Mike designs each solution to be most advantageous to its environment, the people who use it, and the client’s objectives.

A native of Madison, Mike attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) where he graduated with a B.S. in Architectural Engineering.
