Project Manager

Mary has been serving local government and private clients for more than 20 years. She served as President/Owner of her own consulting firm in western Kentucky for eight years before returning to the Louisville metro area, where she recently joined Clark Dietz’s New Albany, Indiana office. Her technical focus has been on drinking water, stormwater, and wastewater treatment and distribution. She also routinely serves as a trusted municipal advisor and has served as a contract “municipal engineer” for several communities that do not have the tax base to support a full-time staff engineer.

Notable Experience

  • Management of infiltration/inflow studies for more than 20 municipalities
  • Evaluation of flow monitoring, sewer televising, smoke testing, dye water testing, and manhole inspections for over 2.5 million feet of sewer lines
  • Development of Standard Operating Procedure manuals for pump stations for multiple municipalities
  • Design of large pump stations
  • Completion of stormwater quality assessments and permit applications
  • Hydraulic modeling of collection and distribution systems
  • Design of subdivision layouts, lots, grading, roads, utilities, and water features
