Jim Loew, PE
Project Engineer
Mr. Loew is an experienced project manager and project engineer for highway and transportation projects. He has been responsible for geometric layout, traffic signal design, traffic signal timing, and drainage design for various intersection improvement projects throughout the State of Indiana. He has also been responsible for scoping, preliminary layout, and design of street and roadway projects for state and municipal clients. He has prepared traffic engineering studies, warrant analysis, feasibility studies, and hazard elimination and safety (HES) studies for potential proposed improvement projects. He has extensive knowledge in preparing plans, specifications, cost estimates, and contract documents for roadway and traffic projects.

Jim is a conscientious engineer who puts people first, with a focus on client satisfaction. In 2015 and 2016, Jim received a score of “Above Average” for responsiveness on every performance evaluation from INDOT related to Project Management and Project Delivery. His performance also garnered the reviewers comment “The willingness and timeliness of responses and corrections were impressive”.
