Promoting Water Quality Awareness

Our Indianapolis group put their volunteer time towards supporting the White River Watershed Alliance. They installed storm drain markers and distributed educational materials in a neighborhood within the City of Fishers. The effort is part of the White River Watershed Alliance’s initiative to assemble volunteer SWATs (Storm Water Action Teams) to promote water quality awareness. They finished up right before it started raining, putting the newly branded storm drains to work.
