Description
This project included design of facilities to capture and consolidate two of the City's major combined sewer overflows, CSO 034 and 035. The project consists of three separate divisions. Division A included a 72-inch diameter sewer to intercept CSO 035 and bring it to the Division B tunnel project. Division C involved structural rehabilitation of a 36-inch diameter brick sewer located above the Division B tunnel alignment. These projects involved sewer model development, permit and utility coordination, public input and presentations, plan and specification preparation, and bidding assistance.
