Water Resources Engineer, P-4,  BSCE, 5-10 years experience in stormwater planning & design.  Hydrologic/Hydraulic modeling expertise required (HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM, and others).  Past experience in floodplain analyses required.  Strong report writing and verbal skills needed.  Background and experience in stormwater quality issues a plus.  Less experienced candidates with directly applicable experience will also be considered.

Construction

Engineer P-4, BSCE, P.E., 8-12 years experience in construction engineering, including INDOT projects, Material certifications a plus.
