Acquires Farrar, Garvey & Associates, Inc Clark Dietz, Inc., a recognized leader in transportation, civil, environmental, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering, has acquired Farrar, Garvey & Associates, Inc. effective July 27, 2007. Farrar, Garvey & Associates is a consulting engineering company specializing in planning, design, and construction management for streets, highways and bridges. Farrar, Garvey has 28 employees working on projects across the State of Indiana from its office in Indianapolis. This staff will be combined with the Indiana Clark Dietz staff located in Indianapolis and Evansville offices. John Farrar, President of Farrar, Garvey & Associates, will remain active with Clark Dietz as Vice President and Manager of Transportation Services in Indiana. Mike Farrar will be a Clark Dietz Vice President focusing on business development and client relationships. John Farrar has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Clark Dietz. Both John and Mike will be shareholders in Clark Dietz. Jim Loew and Kevin Loiselle of the Farrar Garvey staff will also be shareholders in Clark Dietz.
